We had completed a purchase through our vendor and received the “Complete your signup” link via email. However, upon logging in we do not see any “organization admin” functionality and in fact the account type is listed as “Free”.

This sounds like a confusing experience, so let’s see if we can figure out what happened. You mentioned buying through a Vendor - is that somewhere other than Figma directly? Did you sign up at Figma with the same email address you received the invite link?
