A coworker is trying to transfer her Config 2026 ticket to me, but we can’t seem to find any support or guidance on how to do it. What’s the best way to handle this or get help from Figma?

Hey @Riley Drazewski, thanks for reaching out!

Ticket transfers are allowed, as long as it’s to someone within the same organization. To get that processed, you’ll need to reach out to our support team here: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=19669189307671&chatStartExpanded

Just a heads up, ticket transfers need to be completed by May 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT.

You can also find more details in the Config FAQ under registration: https://config.figma.com/san-francisco/faq/

Let me know if you have any further questions, happy to help out!

Hello, thanks for getting back to me on this! When I click that link I cannot start a chat, it’s just blank. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Hey @Riley Drazewski, thanks for following up!

I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket for you so this can be picked up right away. Your ticket number is #1853425, for reference. The team should be in touch soon to help with the transfer.

On the chat issue, I’d like to understand what’s happening there. When you open this link: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new- what do you see on your end?

You should normally be able to type something like “contact support” or “Config,” and a “Start a chat” button should appear at the bottom.

If you’re able to, could you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing? That’ll help me flag this internally. Also, let me know which browser you’re using so I can narrow it down. Really appreciate your help!
