Hello, 
I am a college student having Figma account with my college issued email. After verification through Sheer Id, It still needs me to get verified. Although when I start the process through Sheer Id, It says you have already used this offer, which I haven’t.

I am not sure what is happening.

    If not, I’d recommend reaching out to them directly, as that’s the most effective way to resolve verification issues in cases like this.
