I’m currently studying design and have been using Figma for several years. My education plan expired this summer, and when I tried to re-verify, the system kept showing that the verification limit had been reached. I contacted SheerID, and they told me that my account appears to be verified already, even though it isn’t. I’ve tried all the steps they suggested, including clearing cookies, but nothing has worked.
The process is really frustrating as I’ve also sent an email to Figma support and to the education@figma.com address weeks ago, but I haven’t received any reply yet. My files are still locked.
