How to remove the iphone's status bar from the prototype

Hi guys 🙂
Could you let me know how to remove the iphones status bar (time, battery, life icons etc.) in Figma on Iphone? It covers the links on top of the prototype 😕
Would be grateful for any advice 🙂

Hey @TTT, thank you for reaching out!
I am guessing these are components. You can select layers in the canvas itself, or from the Layers panel. Click on an object in the canvas to select it and then press the backspace key.

You can see this in my screen recording:

If there are many levels of nesting, you can use deep select to select a nested child layer or the top-level frame. Hold down the modifier key to select the top-level frame or a nested layer or object by clicking it on the canvas.

  • Mac: ⌘ Command
  • Windows: Control

Let me know if that works for you, if you need further help feel free to share your file with me.

Hi @Gayani_S
Thanks for replying 😍
The problem I have is not that I can’t remove it, it is that the iphone’s status bar is covering the protototype and the link Back is not working because of that:

This appears only on Iphone in the prototype since yesterday, but in Mirror it is ok. This did not happen in prototype before at all.
I have checked this issue on my Android phone at everything is fine there.

Update: Problem solved, thank you 🙂
