Right now, moving and resizing boxes snaps to other items on the canvas, which is expected, but the snapping increments feel quite quite arbitrary or too small… They require quite a bit of work to align and boxes to the same width/padding/alignment, even with the grid and alignment tools.

If all the elements fit on a grid with large increments (e.g. 5 px, maybe even on the canvas dot grid), then it would be a lot easier to visually organize elements together without busy work. It would also help with the visual noise of dot grid and the elements laying on top of it.
